Very professional and I did a very good job
I really appreciated my technician's care and knowledge. His name is Eddie and he did a very thorough job of cleaning my carpets and tile. It was evident that Eddie was well trained and interested in his job. Kudos to Eddie!
Your system and products you use get the carpets clean and they stay clean for a long time thereafter! We like the pet pre treatment too! Prices are fair and the staff that arrives is professional and on time. We always use Zerorez!!!

I didn't like that the pricing seemed "negotiable" when the tech gave me the pricing. I feel like I overpaid because I didn't push back. The cost was high for the work that was done.

I was amazed that I was able to get and appointment the same day, they even called me to come early they were in my area.. Brian And Chris were amazing, they did such a fast and great job. They were both very professional and I liked the uniforms and that they wore boots. I liked that my carpet was soft after it dried and not that crunchie feeling like regular carpet cleaners. I will definitely be using Zerorez again..

Lower the price, especially since you don't move furniture and everything is an add on cost. I was very pleased with the rep who did our home, he did a good job, but I can't say the results were any better than other providers.
We were very happy with the service we got. Our carpets look great. The service was done in a timely manner and done very well.
We have two small dog including a puppy. We had several stains in our older carpet. Zerorez did an excellent job of lifting those stains away. In the past with other carpet cleaning companies, it took 2 to 3 days for the smell of wet carpet to dissipate. Within just a few hours, our carpet was almost completely dry with no nasty smell. We will use Zerorez every time we get our carpets cleaned from now on.

We had our light oatmeal colored carpet cleaned by you 3 years ago and it only required a cleaning this year do to stains we caused that we couldn't remove. I thought I would have to replace the carpet in that room.The most important part of your cleaning is that it is toxic free, no detergents, no odor and it cleans like your carpets are new. We have been in our home 24 years and after this last cleaning it still looks like new. And we don't have to buy new carpet.
When I called to make the appointment I spoke to Kelly. She was terrific and explained your prices for the same services I had 3 years ago. There was an increase in price but I knew it would be worth it. We set up a time and I received a call from Justin Diaz before he arrived.
Was on time and was very professional. He explained what he would do to the carpets that needed cleaning. He suggested other services for the traffic areas and I went for the added expense. He did a fantastic job. The carpet looks like we just had it installed. It is amazing.
He did a spectacular job. Was very pleasant and we are so pleased with the time it took and it dried fast even though the humidity was high outside. I have recommended Zerorez to many people. My daughter and son-in-law use you as well. You are the very best. And only choice for carpets to be cleaned.
