I was anticipating a less than pleasant experience. What i received, however, was the easiest most comfortable experience i could have imagined. Not only did the results of the cleaning exceed my expectations, the customer service was over the top. When I say "over the top", I do not mean in an insincere fast food smiling kind of way. Chris Deak was the technician assigned and this guy was a true customer service professional. I recommend requesting this highly motivated young man, you will not regret it. The representative that came to our house was great. He called ahead of time and kept us informed about when he was supposed to arrive. He then did a great job on our carpets.
