efficiency of technician
Our Great Dane was sick - really sick - and left diarrhea on the carpet in two rooms. Hey a Great Dane is a large dog and this was a large mess spread over a fairly large area in both rooms.
Zerorez did a fantastic job. The job took about two hours and the technician was a professional and this was not his first rodeo.
zerorez responded to our phone request telling us when to expect the technician. The technician called to advise he would be on site within thirty minutes. He was on time. The mess was cleaned efficiently and effectively. There is no remnant. There is no lasting odor and all bacteria has been eliminated.

He performed all services very well and was interested in the impression of his work. Pricing could have had a clearer explanation and was somewhat higher than expected but...
Overall, the result was better than expected and, generally, very satisfactory.
It turned out that there were a few minor spots that require follow up and Angela (customer service) was very helpful in arranging follow through and there is little doubt about impending resolution.
As a first time customer, based on this experience, I would definitely recommend.

Overall I was pretty impressed at how clean my carpets came out. There are still 3 spots my husband and I can see that didn't come out and for the money we paid that's a bit frustrating. My technicians Zack and Carlos were very professional. I'm not sure what your policy is on return visits if the carpet doesn't come clean after the visit and after everything dries and the true result is apparent?? Mine wasn't too bad to start with according to Zack.
