Our technician, Robert, was outstanding! Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He was on time and did a great job explaining exactly what he was going to do. One thing I want to mention is since this was the first time I have ever had my carpets professionally cleaned, I wasn't sure what to expect. We did not know that we should have vacuumed our carpets before the technician arrived so if this had been communicated to me upfront by your representative on the phone, we wouldn't have had to scramble at the last minute and vacuum the carpets that were going to be cleaned. Otherwise, we are very pleased with our first experience with Zerorez and will definitely be using them in the future. Our carpets look brand new! Thank you!

Your technician was very helpful in helping us choose an appropriate treatment plan. We have an older cat that doesn't always choose the litter box to relieve herself. He explained what should be done to treat the problem areas. The treatment worked very well and we wee very happy with the result. your technician was also very polite and respectful. He finished fairly quickly and did a great job. I would definitely recommend you company to any one who asks who to use for carpet cleaning.

First I went on Groupon and found a company to come take a look at my tile. They literally said that the dirt was sealed into the grout and there was nothing they could do to make it look much better. Then I found some online discount cleaning company who promised they could easily take care of it. It literally looked no better than when I mopped. I debated just getting new floors bu first I reached out the Zerorez since they advertise a special method or whatever. After a consult, they said they would do their best. Well their best is good enough because not only did my tile finally look clean again, even the grout was cleaned. Worth every dollar. Don't use a knock off company. These guys are the best, hands down.
this was 3rd yr using this company. employee was polite, and couterious. However, he kept insisting I had urirne spots from my dog.....in spots my dog could NEVER get into. we spill coffee inwhich i addressed with him but insisted the black light knows difference...I had my carpets scotch guarded last time, NOT pet treated which was put on the order. HE WAS WRONG...sorry. Michael did go over the back bedrm carpet more. We noticed he was VERY quick completing the three rms. This morning, we noticed the carpet appered somewhat cleaner but not soft, fibers of carpet was not appearing as risen as before. Bedroom carpet was ok...
