service man did a terrific job on our rugs and tile. They look brand new. We used Zerorez in CA and now in NV. Always pleased with th work.
Professional crew and they didn’t do the upsell BS every other Las Vegas Carly cleaners dononce they get inside your home !! Just use these guys and not waste your time on these other crooks!

Service was amazing!!! From setting up appointment, to the fantastic rep that came and did the work, however and unfortunately, I'm stuck in what use to be the middle class, and like myself most people I know live pay check to paycheck just to pay for our healthcare these days and would not have half a months rent to spend. Other then pricing , you guys rock!!!!

Both of the technicians were friendly, helpful, not pushy but gave me options as to what I could have done. They were fast efficient and my floors and flooring looked great.
Ryan and Colin did an excellent job of getting up the stains and cleaning the grout in my kitchen. They were efficient and very professional. I was pleased.
After my carpet dried, I noticed some discoloration.
Also the tech left scratches and marks on the railing from the hoses.
They arrived on the schedule time and it didn't take very long to get the job done .
Our carpet was full of pet stains. Not only did they identify where they were but removed all of them. It looks brand new and the whole house smells better also. They were efficient and friendly. We will used only Zerorez from now on.
Friendly, professional employees, and quick and efficient service. I've called you twice for cleaning and I have been so pleased with how much better my carpets look, the level of knowledge of the technicians, and how quickly they get everything done. Keep up the great work!
