My carpets did come clean and so far the stains haven't reappeared. The free tile cleaning was amazing, I can actually see the original color of my grout again.
We have used zerorez often, on more then one home. I always recommend your company because the results of using you are outstanding. I had a carpet that I had used a chemical carpet cleaning service and it had turned dingy and had multiple spots that they said would never come out. I used Zerorez and not only did you remove the spots, the carpet looked like it was brand new. I just had my tile in the home cleaned by you, and again it turned out beautifully. Love, love, love Zerorez!

My Zerorez technician, Brian, was very nice and took the time to listen to my concerns and desires. I felt that he offered me only services that actually applied to my situation and didn't do any hard selling of extraneous services to increase the costs. He completed the service pretty darn quickly and showed a lot of concern about my wooden furniture not staining the wet carpets. A few days after the service, when everything was dry, the carpets look great and feel great with no weird chemical smells. Not sure there is a better outcome when hiring a carpet cleaning service.

Used Stanley steamer for years, tried your Service for the first time about two years ago. Worked well on my old carpet. Really keeps new carpet

I don't know how well my carpet stains will stay away, but your pricing is extremely expensive. My carpets were also SOAKED! I've had many companies clean my carpets, and none have left them as wet as zerorez. A few stains were missed and I don't see a huge difference from any other time I've been serviced for carpet cleaning. I think the price point is huge for me. I'm used to spending $150-$200. Zerorez tries to "car dealership" you with pricing and hidden fees etc. I spent $330 for less than 1,000 square feet. Not worth the price.

Ryan and Tony did a great job! Moreover, I was very pleased to learn about cleaning the stairs. My dingy stair steps were bothering me for so long and had Ryan not mentioned about it I would not have known that it could be cleaned and see the results instantly. Excellent I must say!
