I am not as happy as the first time my carpets were done, The first time they took their time, Marks didn't come back for 8 months, it cost me 248.00 dollars more. I refer you to many people. Stated you were a little expensive but well worth it the last time. Not so happy this time

I had Zerorez clean all my carpets 6 months ago, I had the whole thing done with the carpet protection, etc . This time I just wanted to have the 3 room special done. The technician would not honor the 100 sq.ft. free tile coupon. I was a little disappointed, I have been using Zerorez for several years. Not sure if I will use again.

I wasn't a little disappointed this time. Initially I was very pleased. But, a week later and the pet stains I needed cleaned are still "crunchy". So, either the pet stain is still there or the solution wasn't rinsed/pulled out completely.

Dries quickly

Border trim ended up getting all scratched up from when tile was cleaned. Have to replace trim now. A few tiles were not even touched and left dirty.

The no chemicals used, the efficiency of the cleaning, my carpet smells great!
