Great clean and great crew
The technician worked hard and assured me the rugs would return clean.
They did a great job with white carpet that was about 10 yrs old. This was the 2nd time I used them. They did not get the carpet to wet like other companys. I would have them again.
There are rake lines in the carpet that I cannot vacuum out. Not like past cleanings. Also it feels really dry almost stiff. Man I talked to today at your company talked about a grooming tool. But never had this before. Don't know how this can be fixed. Looks terrible.
If Juan & Anthony are representatives of Zerorez here in Henderson, then you must have an awesome staff. Not only were they professional but personable. They left our home probably looking as nice as it did when the tile was first laid throughout the house. I would recommend you to anyone who needs area rugs or furniture cleaned, ductwork blown out or tile cleaned to the point that the grout looks new. Now, I just have to keep it looking as nice as it did when they left.

The attention to detail is incredible. Zak placed small blocks of compressed styrofoam under the legs of heavy pieces of furniture to reduce the imprint on the freshly cleaned carpet. He took the time in each area to be very thorough. Great job!
Your technician was great. He was polite and friendly. Advised me about the doggie issue but did not try to pressure me. I appreciate that. He was in and out efficiently and the carpet looks and smells great.
