Excellent service
The service was fast, the cleaner was knowledgeable, and very professional and the carpets were dry within 4-6 hours as promised.
The guy knew his stuff, was careful - prompt and thorough.
More care should be taken to remove stains that should be capable of being removed. I have just had my carpets cleaned and it only took about an hour for your rep to clean two very large rooms, and a staircase. This, in my opinion, was far too quick; consequently, it left a carpet that still looks like it needs cleaning. I paid over $280.00 for this job, with all the extra stuff your rep said it needed. The bottom line, I won't be using Zerorez in the future.

Saw an ad for $89 for 3 rooms. Called for an appointment. While making the appointment, I added the stairs. The quote went to $161. That seemed reasonable, so I set up a time to have you come and clean the carpet.
Two carpet cleaners came to do the job at the appointed time. They did a walk through prior to doing any work, and came back with a new quote for $546. That is nearly 3 1/2 times the phone quote. Up Charged for many issues and details, and we adjusted the quote to $371. This is still over twice what I was expecting to pay.
It almost felt like a bait and switch, just to get in the door, and then requote with"special treatments", and hope they don't get asked to leave.
I actually would have felt a whole lot better if more questions would have been asked during the phone call. They would have known about pet stains and lipstick in the carpet, and said there could possibly or definitely be additional charges. As a lay person, I would think that carpet cleaners encounter these types of stains on a daily basis. It baffles me as to why "special treatments" would be needed, over and above a good thorough cleaning, which added a great deal to what I planned on paying.
I am so happy with the work done by Zerorez! He arrived exactly on time, work was done with no problems. They quoted me a price and when he was here no pressure upselling. Price was exactly as quoted. My carpets look & feel fantastic. I will definitely be using them again!

I paid for the per treatment in all areas and today when it dried I went through with a black light and all the pee stains are still there. The guy didn’t explain about Gaurenteed and non guarteneed pet treatments until I got the receipt. But when you pay an extra $100 for pet treatments I would think the stains would come out. I even did the pad wash and the stains are still there. Very disappointed. I didn’t want to pay the extra money but he said it would work and nothing. It would have been the same and I would have saved almost $100. The carpets look clean but the urine stains are still there.
Chris and Ed were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My carpet looks brand new after Zerorez, I also got my couch and 2 rugs cleaned and they look amazing. I couldn't be happier. I'll never use another carpet cleaning company, Zerorez is the very best.

I thought my carpet looked great when the guys were done. I also didn’t feel overly pressured to add onto my services that I originally requested.
