The carpets were cleaned well. I had one trouble spot that I had the technician go over again- it didn’t come out. But there was a white residue left on the carpet - I tried to get it out - I might call next week if it doesn’t come out. The technician was very helpful and professional.
Quick, only took an hour, carpet was all wet and results were amazing.
Every thing is done with professionalism. The employees know their jobs and do it well.

Carpets come clean with a minimum of water and drying time. It;s better than Stanley Steamer and Chem Dry, we've tried them all and can only recommend Zerorex. Brian worked hard by the way.

Professional and friendly people. Fairly priced. Prompt service. The only downside is the carpet was still damp more than 12 hours later. I also was not advised during the initial booking on the phone that we couldn’t walk on it for six hours. That presented a problem because it was an invalid in the home.

I like both Juan and Anthony. Even thoughbit was late they came out and explained the process of cleaning the air ducts. He also had great follow through regarding my carpet smelling weird and said he would put in a request for free cleaning it and also for my free tile cleaning
