On time.. In my case they were early which was great. Carpets turned out great. I like that the carpets weren't extremely wet.

I was happy with the result and I know it had been a long time. The technician was very good about pointing out what needed to be done but he never gave us any prices and when the bill came to over $600 I was stunned. I paid it but I wished he would have given me an idea of the cost of the upgrades he felt I needed.
