I have cats, so it was nice to know that no chemicals/soap was used on the carpet. The carpets also looked clean and dried quicker than the technician said.

Carpets look great ....however, a "bung" was left on a corner wall.
Your pricing deals are not what they seem. $89 including pretreatment and sanitizing, as offered on your radio ad, turns into $237 end price. Though the carpets do look quite good, the spray ended up on my sofa leaving spots all over the front, luckily it is washable and the spots don't seem to be permanent.

Tech seemed to want to get out as fast as he cud. Told me the areas I pointed out wud never get clean as they were high traffic areas. When I asked them to Hit the spots again it made all the difference. Disappointed as I always had techs that went over and above. I asked him to put the blue foam riser things under furniture and he didn't
Great service and an unbelievable product. I recently had Zerorez clean my Father in Laws carpets in his house that had never been cleaned. When they were done the carpets looked brand new. It was amazing!
My rugs are cleaned by your company. Prior to hiring your company I had several rug cleaning agencies come and clean my rugs; however, none of them cleaned the rugs as well as your company. Therefore I decided that when my rugs need cleaning I will contact your company.

I felt very pressured into getting added services such as the pet treatment basic versus the in depth cleaning. Standard price went up to 340$ and that was down from an over 600$ quote. The extra treatment that was given was sprayed from a portable sprayer that a bug man would use. When I asked when we they going to do the extra treatment he said it was done already. The other treatment was a fine mist perfume smelling spray when they were done. I felt it was a huge over charge for a basic carpet cleaning job.

There were still stains in the carpet. High traffic areas still looked dirty. Carpet is only 2 years old and is a high quality carpet. Previous companies did as good a job at half the price with the trashy carpet we used to have. Will likely go back to previous company used.
Ryan Poole and Tony were great technicians. Carpet was cleaned and looks very good. Ryan demonstrated how great my kitchen tile would clean up. It's pricey to have the tile done but I'm thinking about having it done before the holidays.
