Very knowledgeable service engineers arrived to clean our badly soiled and stained carpets.
The "empowered water" did an amazing job on the entire areas cleaned. So good in fact that the two service engineers were amazed at how clean the off white carpet looked like new.
Drying time too long
This cleaning was the best since using Zerorez, I think the reason was that is cleaner is that two people did the job, making it more thoroughly.
However, residue is left in the driveway from the truck.

You didn't disappoint us. We just don't bring up the topic of the people we use to do the things that are needed doing. If asked we say, if we aren't asked we don't bring it up.

Zerorez, is a very good carpet cleaning co, and Rodger was a very nice, and he explained what each step of the cleaning process he was going to do, If any of my friends needed their carpets cleaned I"ll sure tell them about Zerorez.

The technician was very good. However, I expected my carpet to be oder free after treatment but they still smell.
That we couldn't setup online payments so that it would have been alot easier when it came down to paying for the job.
I haven't seen the carpet yet so not sure of how well of a job they did.

The very pleasant young man who did the work scuffed some walls and damaged the bottom of our bed frame with the wand. A little more caution would be good. We are pleased with the cleaning. The carpets look good.
