Already spoke with someone. Technicians were great and did their job but hate that I felt like we got scammed either he 89 special crap. It ended up being 400$ and we had one less room than I had even said we had and never even got free “gift”. It is what it is but felt disappointed.

Brian and his assistant were very accommodating and explained every step they need to take to complete the carpet resoration as much as possible. Then they sent the invoice with the same explanation and explained the condition of the carpet before they began.

The service was good, but I was disappointed that we were charged $29 for a 3x5 hallway especially since the queen bed wasn’t moved when the bedroom was done. Other than my husband not being told the price of that service up front and the mess that was left on my end tables when the upholstery was cleaned everything was fine. My husband said the tech were nice and very knowledgeable.
Your service and products are excellent. In addition, the two young men, Victor and Connor, who came out to clean my carpets yesterday were outstanding. Both were professional, knowledgeable and both performed at peak efficiency. They showed genuine respect and demonstrated a strong, functional knowledge of their jobs. Victor's interpersonal skills were exceptional.

Your service technician, Carlos A., was very detailed in his explanation of the process he would use and the options he would recommend.
