I just feel like they were in and out so fast how clean can the carpet really be ? They were there like 25 min tops . Makes me wonder if they half assed my carpets . Before when i has my carpets in my house cleaned they were there much much longer .
Quick. Friendly. No pressure to add additional services or treatments. Told the technician exactly what I was looking for in terms of the work to be done, and did exactly that.
I will admit it’s expensive, which is the only drawback, but they did a great job, and made me feel better about the amount I was spending.

Your tech 'Rob' treats my stuff like it's his stuff. Every time he's here I feel like he leaves my house with new carpet. I've tried many other companies but ho one compares to Zerorez!

I was expecting you to use your roller brushes on the carpet cleaning, which I saw in your internet commercials. I was told by your technician that was a 35.00 upcharge per room for that service after he started cleaning the carpet. My reason for selecting your company was that your infomercial stated they used brush agitation in the carpet cleaning as well. No, I did not elect for that option after the technician was halfway through the process. It feels like "Bait and Switch"!

You did an excellent job on my two story 1700sf home for $200.00! However, when I inquired about tile cleaning in a tiny kitchen, hallway, 1/2 bath, the technician wanted an additional $200.00 for the job. I thought that was ridiculous! I'll be calling around for better quotes.
