Dispatch and field tech should be in one mind. Client should not have to explain to Tech what need to be done, once client explained to the dispatch at time of placing the order. Tech may state to the client what was said to the dispatch did not include stairs and quote a price, but tech should have all the other areas did speak of to the dispatch on the order.
Efficient. Dried quickly. Clean look.

My carpets are much cleaner than with any other company and I don't have residue (that crunchy feeling) on my carpets after they are cleaned. Your service technician (Chris T.) was very efficient and does a superb job.

I have used your service for many years and I am so tired of your policies and your manipulation s regarding upselling.After this last time and the overcharge, I doubt very much that I would use or recommend your service. Not only the overcharge and the lack of any attention paid to the quality of work.That plus the fact that without any permission you used my water and have the nerve to charge me a sevice charge. Are you going to pay me for the water. I really like the concept of your company, but the under handed way you do business is unacceptable.

Like the product. The service was good. There was a problem with the timing and had to wait additional 3 hours for service.
More communication between the different types of cleaning. Everything sounds great on the commercial and when you book on the phone but then the technician made it feel like the 272 I was paying was for nothing. He was shocked that I did not want to spend another 300.00 for the scrub and treatment. I went with Zerorez vs. a cheaper company because I though I was getting a better clean. He told me within a month it would be like we did nothing. Felt like the bait and swtich. Not very happy.
Helpful and great results
The technician, Chris Deak, was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He justified his recommendations by explaining why it's needed rather than just pushing un-needed services without me fully understanding them. He went through each room and made sure every last stain was gone and now my carpets look great!
Great job and always on time
This service left the house smelling awful. Some rugs didn’t dry for 36 house and only after putting a fan right next to it. This was not the same experience I had the first time.
Zak was on time, very knowledgeable, worked efficiently and fast. Your product worked well and my carpet looked like new when the job was done.
The two men you sent (Michael and Jonathan,) were very pleasant to deal with and did a great job on both my carpets and tile. I would highly recommend them to all my friends.

As you advertise, there really is no residue to attract dirt. Although it has been nearly a year since our carpet was last cleaned, even the service technician was surprised how clean our carpet had stayed. But, we knew the walking paths showed dirt trails, we like to take care of our belongings, so it was time for another cleaning. As usual, the job was done quickly and efficiently with no mess left behind. Thank you for another good experience.
I only had one extra soiled area in my 3 rooms & had to change my whole arrangements cause they didn’t take care of it never again use u guys
The technician, Zac, who cleaned my carpet was great. He is very hard working and did an amazing job on my carpet. No more cat smell when you walk in the door. It smells fresh and clean, cause it is! Thanks Zac.
No stickey residue
Rob is an exceptional technician. He is on time, he discusses exactly what he is going to do while pointing out his job duties as he goes along. His work is excellent and when he leaves you believe in my case that my carpeting has been cleaned properly.
You do a good job and the techs are always polite.

Tech removed all of it...it smells terrific
We liked the fact that there is no soapy residue, after they were finished. I think it dried faster, because there is no soap in their water. The techs wear foot/shoe protectors. They explained their products to my wife.
Carlos was very polite and detail oriented. I also liked that they did not pull in the driveway, and that they did not require our home water source to clean our carpet. Also they did not drain a lot of dirty water at our house.
We will request Carlos and Zerorez again.
