The price was double I was told on the phone, I have 2 small rooms and a rug. I was quoted 75.00 plus the price of the rug. It cost me 200.00. They did spray deodorizer on the carpets to help the smell from my animals but 200.00 bucks I think it was a little much.
We have used Zerorez for several years and have always been completely satisfied with the products and service.
Carpet dried quickly and is very soft to the touch. We took advantage of the free offer to have 100 sq ft of tile cleaned. We were amazed at the results. Our technician was polite and very thorough. We are very happy with Zerorez.

I love how clean my carpets are they were so dirt and now they are so clean and I love them now
1. Carpets were soaked, took several hours to dry, substandard as compared to last time.
2. Filthy carpets in corners
3. Crusty dirt spot left in room that didn’t have a dirt spot to begin with
4. Asked for pretreated pet urine area, area smells worse, not extracted at all. Again much better the first time around. Almost $400 for extremely poor work.
The two technicians that came out to clean my carpet were professional, polite, very considerate of taking care of my home and both were able to answer all my questions. My carpet looks clean, feels clean and smells fabulous. We will be using Zerorez for all our future floor needs!

He treated me like I was someone special cleaned the carpet that was beyond help as far as I am concerned due to a disobedient dog. I have used your services many years and will continue to do so. We called Zerorex after being dissatisfied with another company. Conner came out gave us a very fair estimate which we agreed to. Our carpets looked brand new and he did the tile floor in the kitchen and the tile was brought back to its original color.

Your technicians are always very cordial and professional. The young man that cleaned our carpet this past weekend was also very considerate. He moved hoses outside, before he completed the job, to provide a pathway for me to take my husband, who is elderly and disabled, back to his bedroom. He also helped by moving the oxygen machine back to the bedroom, (I know this made his day a little longer). He’s definitely an asset to your company.

I was disappointed on the work from the first time you cleaned the carpets. One of stains in the family room is returning. Also the kitchen cleaning was not the best! Some spots in the grout were plain as day when he was leaving, but stated the discoloring would leave when the floor dried. That is not the case. I have tried cleaning the areas a couple of times!!!! Did extra cleaning in the hall and family room, but as I have stated above the spots are returning!!! The bill was quite a bit higher than the first time with poor results.
