Andrew was amazing! He called to let us know he was on his way and showed up in the time frame he said. He was very knowledgeable of the products he was using and explained why it works. He was very thorough and went over parts again that he thought needed a little more help. Zerorez was great!

The men were professional and did the work quickly and completely. Completely answered our questions and gave us a few helpful hints for carpet care. I liked the idea of no chemicals. They made sure they accomplished everything we wanted them to do and even a little extra for us.

Heard on the radio, 102.3. The lady answering my call was very friendly and very helpful on answering my questions and scheduling my appointment. The service technician, Stephan Fonseca was extremely knowledgeable, explaining the process and offering suggestions and solutions to my questions. He also was very polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I have already recommended Zeroes to others.

The technician (Lynch) explained the process before starting the job; was very thorough and my carpets look amazing. I took pictures and sent to all of my family and friends who agreed my carpets looked great! I look forward to having my air ducts cleaned in the near future
