Tech wore shoe covers, he had corner protectors, and cleaned up drips (sorta. Could have been better.)on the other floors.
The technician didn't seem to know about the current promo of the first 100 sqft of tile being free. When we showed him the text on the site, it then turned into the price that he gave us already included the promo.

CLEAN AND DRY WITHIN TIME 4-6HRS
It wasn’t as friendly as I hoped for to be honest. The vibe was definitely off.
The tech came within the window of time provided and went over the different options with us and explained the entire process with us. He cleaned the areas in a timely manner and explained the aftercare process with us. He even showed us the water from after the carpets has been cleaned. Yuck!! Will absolutely have Zeroreo out again.
LOUIS was awesome. Did a fantastic job w/the tools given. He was unable to clean up my wood floors on the entry way from the hose line. Now I have to clean those as well to match the perfect job LOUIS did on carpeted stairs

I love that is not so over powering that I can not be in the room when they are cleaning.

We LOVE Zerorez! From the customer service representatives to the technicians who come out and do the carpet and tile cleaning, they are all professional. The carpets and tile floors look so good once Zerorez has worked their magic. The carpets dry in just a few hours and there is no worry of having shampoo residue left once they are done. They can get out even the most stubborn of stains and everything smells clean and fresh. This is the 2nd time we have used Zerorez and we will never use anyone else. We highly recommend Zerorez to everyone!
My couch and carpet look like brand new again. Bernard was very professional and did a great job.
Luis did a great job for us. Beings we have shag carpet and it corn rolls, he wasn't able to completely fluff it up in our bedroom. the other rooms looked a lot better. Otherwise the cleaning was fabulous and he worked very hard and did what we asked. The only thing that I wish that we had not done is buy the add on of the brush for $35.00 a room. To us that was a definite waste of money. Will never do that again. We were hoping that it would remove the corn roll but it didn't. Otherwise the service technique they use is worth doing again when we need it.
