How clean my carpet is
Both guys were courteous, on time and made our experience great! They understood what we needed done, and proceeded, with no complaints. We will certainly use Zerorez again, and will recommend your company.
The product
is very good, but most importantly the SERVICE must be too. I am a regular customer. I have used Zerorez for over 11 years. There is no job they can't seem to handle.
I consider myself hard to please. Therefore very critical. Had I our home done into 2 phases Friday the upstairs this time today Saturday the downstairs. The company wotks with us. They know our situation here with taking care of mom. Luis was our technician
He was OUTSTANDING. We were so pleased with his work, we called in to the officr and asked for him to come back today to clean our lower level as well. He is an excellent worker.

It works
Our old carpets look really clean and attractive. I clean them every year so they are suitable for my grandchildren to play on. Cleaning the carpets is the first thing we do when we arrive to our home here.
Our technician was Zak, who was informative and was very pleasant to deal with. He moved pieces of furniture that my husband could not do - he has a bad back.
I will continue to use Zerorez in the future, and will schedule so we have Zak as our technician.

Product dries fast.
My carpets are great but the “FREE” 100 sq ft area that was offered was done right, I had to go over it and clean the White residue out of my grout lines. The price is a little outrageous because most family homes has pets and the price per room is terrible, that treatment should be included. Bernard was quick and very professional and did a great job on the carpets, but he could of taken his time to do my tile better.
Carpet looks OK so far. We had the tile done and the grout is uneven in color. I expected the grout to look the same. Also, the sealant left water spots in some areas of the tile.
Clean, clean, clean!
Looks good right now but ask me in another month to see how well it holds up

They did an excellent job on the carpets. Because I broke my arm I requested they do my tile floors as well. It was a bit pricey but they did a fairly good job. Unfortunately the guy scraped up my newly painted baseboards with his equipment. I called Zerorez half expecting them to do nothing. To my surprise, they sent out a crew to repair the damage. Very good customer service.

Excellent customer service. Carlos who cleaned our carpets was friendly, helpful and efficient. The office staff is helpful. No residue left in carpets and job well done. It took longer than the 4-6 hours to dry though.

First time we have had the carpets cleaned, so we really have nothing to compare it to. But I am pleased with how the carpet turned out. On the other hand, I had a 8 x 10 rug cleaned that I am not too pleased with. The rug did not come out as good as I would have expected.
