The serviceman was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. Pet stains were completely removed and the carpets look like new. No residue after cleaning. 100% satisfied.
We were very impressed with the two gentlemen that came to do our carpets. They worked extra hard to get the master bedroom carpet as clean as possible. My husband is a partial invalid and can't make it to the bathroom so the carpet gets a lot of urine on it. We are leaving the bedroom door open so the whole house can air out while my husband is in rehab after a hospital stay for an UTI and sepsis infections.
They also did my daughters bedroom and it turned out terrific.
We would definitely use you again.

I have had ZeroRez out a few times to clean my carpets now and they always impress me. The service technician is always friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and nicely dressed. They ask me about the specifics that I would like done and make recommendations as to what service needs done. They put up corner protectors so the hoses don’t damage the baseboards. Would recommend them every time. Thanks!

You were recommended by a friend about 8 or 9 years ago. I was never disappointed in the products used on my carpeting and was very impressed when I needed my grout cleaned after I have my house rented. Your tech and products turned all my grout from black and it was a light taupe originally back to the color it was when first installed. From that time on I have used Zero Res for cleaning.
Your service tech are great - they are professional, clean and they all have a great personality. They call to let you know approx. time of arrival and that helps a great.
So I'm a loyal Zero Res user.

The technician was extremely nice and knowledgeable. I did not like the lines the process left on my carpet. They were not there before and the carpet does not have that clean look it had before the cleaning. My carpet is only three months old and I do not know why it had mild staining.

I like the fact harsh chemicals are not used in the cleaning. I would like the service even more if pricing were a little more competitive and not so high.
Your team of Zak and Zak were very professional and did a great job cleaning my carpets and tile floors. I had intended to have only the carpets cleaned and schedule the tile for a later date but Zak Taylor convinced me it would be better to do both in one visit. He was correct both in price and time reductions. My floors look great and yes I would recommend your service to all. As a matter of fact, my neighbor called last night asking about your service and got nothing but praises from me.

The cost for this service is extremely high and is not acceptable. The average person cannot afford this. This company is capitalizing on the fact that detergent is not used and thus charge more.

Service was great, but don’t go into this thinking you have a great deal! In matter what you always have to pay for the “needed treatments” to get your carpets clean. Extra brush, extra deodorant for tough spots, etc.....it all adds up. That being said I had a great technician who was professional and did a fantastic job. Almost double the price that I was expecting but he tried his best to get me a better deal.

Your service rep was very professional. He was prompt and very informative about the Zero Rez product and did an excellent job in cleaning both my rugs and the kitchen tile. I will definitely call Zero Rez and ask for the same service rep to clean my rugs the next time I need the service. Thanks for an excellent job that was well done.
Unfortunately it is the little things. We spent the morning cleaning the carpet on the edges where it butts up to the flooring. It was like all the soiling from the rest of the carpet was left on the edges. Very brown. There was one stripe of brown in the middle of the carpet also, looks like the cleaner pulled soiled fluid to that area. I took pictures but it was difficult to show the dirty color. The rest of the cleaning looked good. It took longer to dry than I expected but I can live with that. Hopefully we will be able to get the edges clean. The technician was polite and on time. When he loaded his equipment he pulled out one of our solar lights that line our sidewalk. Thank you for asking.
