Several years ago I was promised a $99 carpet cleaning. When the technician showed up he told me it would be additional money if they want it to yourself and really clean the carpets. I had all my furniture in the driveway and I ended up paying $270. Out of curiosity I called Zero-rez to see what it would’ve been with them. They legit have a $99 special. I have used them ever cents. My carpet stays cleaner longer because of the lack of residue. Their technicians are awesome. Carlos was great.

The carpet cleaning was great. BUT...
The tile cleaning was a surprise. We had no idea it was going to cost so much. My wife asked about it and William just started doing it. The tile in the kitchen and dining area cost more to do than the carpet for 3 bedrooms and the hall. IT was not a nice surprise.
We were told about the cost to spot clean the carpet and some upholstery, which we added. It would have been nice if he had told us the cost of the tile cleaning to allow us to make up our mind about what we wanted prior to his doing it.

I was very pleased with the job done by Louis. He walked me through the process and showed me areas of the carpet where my dog had done her business (which I was not aware of). He worked very hard to get my carpet clean. My carpet is 5 years old and it's looking better than it has in a while. No more residue or stiffness from the last company I used. I will definitely call again when I need my carpets cleaned.
