At first we were very pleased with the work, but now (little more than a week later) we notice swaths of dirty carpet that look like they were cleaned with dirty water. I recently used your services and was very pleased how clean my floor runners were. I had them done by Stanley Steemer two years prior to having them cleaned recently. They were never as clean as they were by your company. I was s little surprised, though,I was charged as much because I haven’t had to pay as much even with an independent cleaner doing the same amount of work. They said they had used some extra cleaners/scotchgaurd—I believe that is what they quoted me. Overhaul, I’m very pleased with the service rendered. I will probably call again. I think the price was about $100.00 too much.

I’m so upset about my experience with zerorez. The carpet cleaner (Jay) called me when he got to my house (I had to work so my mom was there to meet him) and used scare tactics to try to more than double the price for cleaning my carpet. He tried to tell me that my carpet would need to be replaced if I didn’t pay for the extra treatments he said I needed. I was completely stressed out by him with everything he was telling me. He ended up charging me an extra $100 for a treatment. I’m so disappointed in this experience. I hope someone actually reads this and takes it seriously. I just wanted the carpets cleaned. Instead I was stressed out and worried and paid for something extra that I don’t even know for sure that it was done. He was in and out of the house in less than an hour. The carpets looked great when I saw them. I really feel I was lied to and that it was a predatory sales tactic to get me to pay more.
No chemicals, isn’t wet for a long time and isn’t saturated with a lot of water. Carpets aren’t crunchy when they dry and they look like new. Everything is clean, no mysterious spots come back, and it smells clean. Love Zerorez!!!

Just FYI I don't expect anything.Iam very disappointed with the service this visit. PAST visit I LOVED the service .I wondered when got email about moving furniture and gas charge. I always move all small items etc small couch chair only in living room.Tech can't move.My husband And I older 60s too hard to move stuff . They tip couch chair we had to put towels under after left due to marks carpet wet overnight still damp 24 hrs later and all stains still here .Watch Morning Blend always recommend you.living room hall 5x7 rug bedroom around bed 2 swipes in out less then 30 minutes .
