I was more expensive than I thought. I was quoted $99 for three rooms. Since the living room has two very large area rugs, you only had to clean a strip. The one bedroom is quite small and again not a lot of area to clean given the furniture. Same goes with the the 2nd bedroom. They did clean the tile in the kitchen but again not a big area. While he put a special coating on it wasn't worth $300.
Not sure what the reason is that after treatment the machine used to clean the carpets left large dark triangles all over the carpet. Fix that problem and my review would be way better.

Carpet isn't clean, have to have the tech come finish extracting the 'level 2' spots as they are sticky even tho dry. Carpet just isn't as clean as when other companies cleaned them. The tech maybe rushed as he finished a bit too quickly.

Carpet was left with a crunch feel. The other room was done poorly. The spaces were small. Was expecting better since recommended through radio station.
