We've used zerorez for ten years. Would not consider anyone else, the carpets always look great. There is no odor, and they dry faster than other carpet cleaning companies. Dies the matter what person cleans your carpet, they are all knowledgeable and personable.
Your customer service is exceptional! Both of the men who showed up were very friendly and explained your products in detail and what they recommended for us and why we needed it. Your service is quick and works better then any other carpet cleaning service we have used before. Overall the best company!

We were completely disappointed by the fact that we were going to be charged way over $900, on October 29, 2018, for the same services we paid $441 for 2 years ago.
Since the office personnel have us in your computer system, we feel that we should have been notified, regarding the price increase. You may have assumed we should have known about the doubling of the cost for the service, this year, but we couldn't even imagine the that kind of an increase!!
We did think there would be some new pricing, but never to the extent of the price difference.
The 2 techs were also caught off guard as to the pricing difference. I'm sorry, I don't remember their names, but they were very helpful and professional in resolving the problem.
Also, they did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets!!!!!
