I saw your cleaning demonstration on TV and decided to use your company instead of Stanley Steamer because Zerorez does not use heavy chemicals. I was pleased with the cleaning job and the technician, Lewis". Lewis worked quickly and was very efficient and careful not to bang or scratch any walls. He also explained the cleaning process and advised me of other services offered by Zerorez. I plan to request Lewis for any future services I may need.

I like the service reps and the clean carpet. This time I had a short line of a brown color that wasn't there before. I think it was the line that separated when they started a new section to clean and this line was not overlapped. Other than that I like the service.

The technician was excellent and efficient. The carpets look and feel new! They are 15 yrs old and have never had a professional cleaning. I will call Zerorez in 6 mo, so as to keep them looking and smelling fresh.

You are the only company I have found that can get my carpet realitively clean. I had it done yesterday but there are some areas that were missed. Any chance some one can come back to get those areas?

I like the idea that they use only water and it dries quickly and also they treat the spots before they start

I was quoted two prices depending on which treatment I chose. The more expensive price was $107. I was hit for $250. I was not expecting that and felt totally bamboozled. It was ONE room! They threw in my area rugs for $35 more. So I guess it was $215 for one room.

I appreciate that they try to be less toxic than the other comanies. David did an excellent job on the carpets. He was very thourough with his work and explaining everything bc I had some challenging spots.
