My carpet looks great! Service man recommended adding Protectant to carpet after the cleaning. I was glad to do that. I did not know that feature was available. Service personnel was very amiable.

Carlos got my carpets, ESPECIALLY the stairs, cleaner than anyone else has since their 10 year inception, lol. I did some remodeling, ran into plumbing problems which cost the money I would have used for new carpets...I was fretting about not getting the work done but Carlos did such an amazing job, I can now live with them, quite happily, until next year when budget allows to replace. Thank you Carlos, he is the only tech I want back in my home next time!!!

My score is based on the actual service which was great. My carpets look, feel, smell great. My technician, Leslie was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Unfortunately I would have to give the woman that scheduled my service a 0. I was given a quote of $320 over the phone. 3 bedrooms for $99, 2 extra bedrooms, a closet, a hallway and a staircase. I was not asked the size of any room, I was not asked if I had pets. After my tech showed and went over my carpet with black light, I was only then told of the bio treatment that was needed, and that the $99 special had a maximum square footage. I was also told on the phone that they could move furniture, that was not true. My quote of $320 given over the phone turned into $780 after leslie looked through my home. I realize a quote is an estimate and will most likely change slightly, But my service more than doubled!!! I felt duped, taken advantage of and like I was given a sales job. Leslie did her best to get my cost down but I still paid more than I was completely comfortable with. As happy as I as I am with the service provided, I would hesitate to use your company again because of the sales job I feel like I was given.
Your representatives were friendly, they did a great job
Carpet stayed wet for almost 24 hours in some areas with fan blowing on it when we were only told 4-6. Friendly customer service, able to get a lot of our traffic areas clean, fast and smelled great!
About the product I did not smell any chemicals so that was very good, about the service excellent the young man was very knowledgeable and professional.
your service just seems to have been better before and you totally doubled my charges at my office last time we had you clean and we get a better clean doing it ourselves with a home machine.

I talked to someone over the phone and received an estimate on the price for cleaning our carpets. I knew the price would probably go up but my husband and I were not expecting the price to go from $232 to well over $600!
We were told to vacuum all carpets and to move what we could. To make a long story short pretty much everything I was told over the phone was not what we got. My husband and I did everything that we were told to do to get ready for the carpet cleaners the following day.
Leslie came and inspected our carpets and at first she seemed quiet but then when she started quoting us a price she became extremely agitated and I felt like I was talking to a Drill Sargent! She did step outside to have the conversation on the phone listened to by someone in the office. What she told me was not what I had said on the phone. It would have been nice if I could have heard the conversation also.
My husband and I had to do some serious thinking on this not only because of the price but because of the way we were treated. We then decided to go ahead and have the carpets cleaned.
After the cleaning was the only time Leslie was a little bit nicer but she told me that she was used to walking into homes where people were not honest....maybe that is why she seems to be on guard from the very beginning. She did give me her card and wrote her personal phone number on it for me and told me to call if we had any problems at all. The following day when my husband and I were moving our recliner we noticed that she did not clean under the chair completely. My husband was extremely upset and asked me to call and have this corrected. I called Leslie and she told me she cleaned it which was not true. She just missed a spot and it would have been nice if she would have just been honest and said maybe she missed a little swipe but she seems to always be in the 'right' and the customer will always be in the wrong. She then asked me what I wanted to do about this. I told her I would like to have the spot cleaned. My husband called to make the appointment to have it cleaned.
I am writing this because to be completely honest you do NOT want to hear what my husband has to say about this matter or about Leslie.
It was a mess from the very beginning and we will never use your services again or refer anyone to you.
