Usually the person doing my carpets is much friendlier. Usually I am pleasantly surprised at how above and beyond the zerorez person goes. This time I had to fight and bargain to get what was handed to me in the past. 1st time I used Zerorez, I was amazed; the 2nd time I didn’t even hesitate to use zerorez again and was just as pleased. This last time was disappointing for the reasons above and in addition damage was caused to the paint in kitchen!

Rich of Zerorez did a great job cleaning my carpets. Best carpet cleaning ever. We had nasty pet stains and just plain grubby griminess built up in two carpets. I was close to just buying new ones. Rich made em look almost new. I'll only use Zerorez to clean my carpets in the future.
Until Zerorez cleaned my carpets the first time, I thought I was going to have to replace them. Not any more!

Good clean carpet and nice techs.
Zerorez came to my home to clean carpets that had a lot of bad pet stains. The rep, Rich, did an outstanding job. I really didn't think the stains or smell would be treatable, but Rich managed to remove both. It's been humid, and that's when it really is the worst, but the smell and stains are gone.
Because of the damage, the cost was considerable, but well worth having such clean carpets!

The service that I received was phenomenal. When I scheduled the appointment, the person who answered the phone was friendly, professional and extremely accommodating. I received a call about an appointment earlier than promised, but I couldn’t make the appointment because of my work schedule. I then received a call, as promised, early in the time block scheduled. The technician, Anthony Carrao, could be there in 20 minutes, then he got there exactly as expected. He was super friendly and professional. I was embarrassed about the condition of the carpet, but he set me at ease and offered options which were clearly explained. He did a thorough job, but worked quickly. When I asked about the technology, he explained how the magic worked. The results were amazing. I was concerned about pet smells after puppy training, but there is absolutely no smell. I also am impressed that it does not smell like chemicals or cleaning solutions. My carpets are super soft and look like new. I will be scheduling to have my tile cleaned soon!

I am so happy with the way my carpet looks now. It IS like brand new. They also cleaned a recliner chair and ottoman and made the pieces look like new again, too.
The guys were so careful and respectful of everything. (I almost can't wait for my carpet to get dirty and have Zerorez come back again.)
I was also told that I get $25.00 gas voucher because I mentioned KXNT. I suppose that will come in the mail soon.

Other than the fact that they showed up an hour late, I was very pleased with the results. The crew worked hard and were very efficient. My house smelled fresh and clean and my carpets were soft and not crunchy. They even took care of the pet stains.

When I was at my previous job and was the maintenance manager, we were using another company and our employees would get sick and have to go home. I also remember having to hire our janitorial service to come in and clean the base of all our furniture because of over spray.
I switched to Zerorez, and no one was miserable, and there was no over spray on the furniture.
When it came to my residence carpets needing to be cleaned, I have two rescue dogs and did not want them to get sick from chemicals, so I used your company, and have every since. Love that there is nothing in the air to get into our lungs, and my pets are not harmed with any residue from the cleaning process.
Your representatives who come out do your company justice, they are always personable yet professional, and never leave a mess.

I like that there really is no residue the carpet feels soft the appointment staff really worked with me to get a quick and time slot that I wanted Steve the tech was great he was very friendly professional and did a great job carpets look a 100% better and will definitely use Zerorez again for my tile floors when I’m ready.
