Recently I had Zerorez clean one of my listings where the owner had 3 cats. A black light used by the Steven, their service person, revealed cat urine throughout all the carpeted areas. With a special treatment Steven was able to eliminate the problem. My client couldn't believe how nice the carpet looked and there isn't a trace of cat urine! Zerorez is the ONLY carpet company that I will use on my listings as well as my own personal residence!
Great Product/method of carpet cleaning; no soap to ruin your carpets! Carpet was left fresh and clean and it dried in a couple of hours even on a rainy day when it was cold out.

He also was easy to work with in adjusting additional items at the last minute I wanted to be cleaned. Your technician was very neat and did a great job, but I will not use your service again. My husband is 89 and a 100% disabled veteran. I am 87 and have a neuromuscular disease that causes severe muscle weakness. We were told we should vacumn our carpet before we had you clean it and we were told the technician would not move furniture. I think those requirements are too much for most seniors. I would pay more for the cleaning if we didn't have to do all the preliminary work.
