First and foremost is the quality of your employees and the professionalism that they bring to a job. Luis is very professional and explained in great detail exactly what he was doing and the cost. No surprises. The quality of the customer service which I give 10+ because he called me twice to ley me know when he was going to arrive and also when he got to my development. Also he tried everything to remove the ink staibs and was so disappointed when nothing worked. Also he took great pride in his work with showing me pictures of what he has cleaned.

Don't get me wrong, Michael did a wonderful job, but once it dried it looked like it did before. What he did was the area most traveled, with all the publicity about Zeroerz, even the wonderful smell was just about gone by the time I returned from an errand.

The man who came this time seemed to be in a hurry! When he came outside to tell me he was done, I was immediately skeptical. Sure enough, stains and traffic patterns were still there. The last time I had Zerorez, my carpet looked like new. They removed stains that had been in there for years!!! So when this man said "It's old carpet. That's the best it will look", I picked up my phone to call Zerorez , and told him I was extremely disappointed, he said, "Let me go over it again", and the carpet looks great! Don't want the man to lose his job, but he needs to learn to do the best he can!
