The carpet is clean, but for the price I paid to have it cleaned was way above my normal carpet cleaning company I was using before I decided to you use Zerorez. Not much of a difference you both made the carpet clean.
Love everything about this company. I use them 2 to 3 times a year. Always walk away pleased. However it is the quality care one gets too from the technician.

The carpet is cleaner than the day I moved in
Based on many of the reviews, I expected a bit better cleaning in a couple of areas where obvious surface dirt is still visible. Nothing wrong with the tech (Chris Barnes), just a bit less satisfied with a couple of areas. Chris advised that Zerorez uses "pretty strong chemicals" and I figured the areas of concern would not be a problem, if that was the case.
Let me just say this exceeded my expectations. The quality and service was outstanding!

The technician was extremely polite. Very informative. Called prior to his arrival, arrived within the time frame, explained the various options available for our carpet. Worked in a quick, yet very effective manner. He was very cautious not to damage any corners, door frames, etc. Both my husband and I were very impressed with the job he did - our carpets looked really good and they hadn't been cleaned for a couple of years, so we weren't expecting too much!

We were quoted the wrong price and charged more
You were there less than 15 minutes and the smallest little things weren’t not moved to better clean. The floor was prepared and vacuumed. I was told small pieces of furniture would be moved and was not done. Had I known that I would have moved the few pieces myself. Literally really really small decor tables. I find that lazy.
I was nice not to have any chemical smells during cleaning and the carpets look great so far. We will see if they last longer as advertised.

No other carpet cleaners have gotten my carpets as clean. You are hear when you say you will be, very quick and my carpets look great
Great and Honest service, Zak was a gentleman and explained everything.
We were charged for an oversize room and given no credit for undersized rooms. We had three small carpet remnants in our living room. I asked the technician to clean them and he said he would half to charge extra. I declined the carpet remnants cleaning. All the technician wanted to do was sell me more services to increase my bill. I assume this is how he makes more money. This appears to be standard operating procedure for Zerorez as I have used in the past and the same approach to upselling and lack of customer service has occurred in the past. Your $89 three room offer is deceptive advertising.
