The man who cleaned my carpets was knowledgeable, quick, and thorough. I was amazed how my old, ragged, and dirty carpets look brand new when he finished. I did pay for the extra service, but it was worth every penny. I especially loved how he used the Lost Art of great manners.
When he was finished, I had a clean rug and a happy heart!

Best carpet and tile cleaning we have had in our 3 years living in vegas. We have had several companies in the last few months and Zero has been the best. Definitely will be using them again. Friendly staff and gives you all your options and recommendations to or achieve the best level of clean possible

There were no offensive smells. The carpet looked great after. Also, the carpet technician was polite, knew his job and explained things from beginning to end in clear concise steps so I knew what I was paying for and why I needed it.

Technicians were very knowledgeable and took extra care as to not damage furniture. Carpet looks good was very dirty as it has been in this house since 2002. Looks great and the 100 square feet of tile that they cleaned was unbelievable. The grout looks brand new. Will have them come out and clean rest of tile.
