Technicians are polite, proficient and capable. After cleaning our 10 year old carpets looked nearly new.
With Zero Rez our 20 year old carpet came cleaner than i had thought possible. The best part is the dirt has not returned. I will definitely use them again. MS

the technician did a good job making the carper look better. he worked very hard. we had alot of pet stains. i upgraded to get a deeper clean. once it dried, there was no noticeable difference. it was not worth the extra money. i don't think your product works very well. spent 277.00 and not worth it at all.

I have to call in a more capable company to remove stains. Your technician said stains could be removed if I were to buy stain remover from Home Depot. He specified the brand.
Why do I need Zerorez, I ask !!!
Also tech tripled the expected price by adding on special treatments.
So, now I have un unfinished cleaning job.
My wife (Ruby Chang) has dozens of houses she manages and up until now has good experience with your firm.
She may also seek a more competent carpet cleaning company.
I also expected a gas reward but the technician explained that is AFTER I paid. So fan, no gas card as you advertise.

Home Depot (two stores) have never heard of the carpet stain remover the technician spoke about. Why don't you empower your technicians to do a 100% job?
Your service was above excellent and we are very pleased with how the carpets that were cleaned cam out. All the spots are gone and the carpets look like brand new.
Also, your men that were out at our house were very professional and very courteous as well. We would want them to come out again the next time we need our carpets cleaned.
