Excellent customer service. Everything is very clean
I received a quote over the phone when I scheduled. Unfortunately, I was at work when the gentleman came to clean the rugs. The pricing was significantly more than what I was quoted. I was told $99 for 3 bedrooms and I was charged $40 per room instead. The add on I understand as they were our option, but the additional $30 were not what I was quoted.
Tech’s are always super friendly and professional, cost is super reasonable and I love to get my home clean without chemical residue left behind.
MY CARPETING [25 YRS OLD] HAS NEVER BEEN THIS CLEAN AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE VERY SOILED AREAS AND THEY ARE NOW SPOTLESS, AND THE OVER ALL CARPETING IS IMMACULATE.
YOUR PRODUCT IS GREAT, THE DRYING TIME WAS EXCELLENT AND I FEEL LIKE I HAVE A NEW HOME.

They called and arrived a bit early. Did a superior job in a fantastic time frame at a great price?? This was the second time we have used Zerorez. We are very pleased with Chris T. and Jeremiah and will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Gave us a window from 1-4. Received a call at 11:52 saying tech was on his way so I waited at home then at 2:13 I text to find out where he is he said they gave me to different tech didn’t he call meI said nope. No response so waited
AgainAt 4 pm call office she said tech said I cancelled. She said she would have some come out so I wanted some more around 6:30 pm tech arrived.
He was nice. Very disappointed with result stained my stairways with the hose left mark down each stair, the stains upstairs only went away for a couple days and now you can see again. He stained in front of my house because he dumped the water from his truck there
