They were upfront and didn't try to mess around with the price e and services
Have had my carpets cleaned by some co. for the last 10 years and my biggest complain was my stairs. I was always disappointed with them, now after you guys came done the carpets, my wife is very happy with them. Thanks again, will switch and use you again.

The service rep was great - he explained the how's and why's and, as a baby boomer, that is exactly the kind of information I appreciate. The actual cleaning of three carpets was really quick, dried fast, and isn't toxic to my dogs. They carpets look wonderful - thinking we can keep them another year or two!

Price wasn’t truthful, the advertised price for 3 rooms was $99 that turned into $200 bill. I get the charge for the living room but extra charge for the master bedroom was not specified on the advertisement
I apologize for your experience. So, I checked the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. I see that you were booked for 4 rooms, and three of those rooms are $99, the additional room is $40, one of those rooms was over 200 sf, so a $25 oversized room charge was applied, the hallway was added for $29, which came out to a total of $201. Our technicians will not start the work unless you approve it. If the price was an issue then, we would have gladly adjusted it for you to the best of our ability. In the meantime, if any of the cleaning was not to your satisfaction, we do have a 30 day workmanship guarantee. I would like to set you up for a re-cleaning to get this taken care of for now.
The guys that came to my home were very nice and very professional. They cleaned my large area rug and it looks great.

I had a reception at my house, also been wanting the carpets freshened up. Had my 3 rooms, stairs and 1 area rug done. My area rug looks new again! Anthony was friendly and great. I was Happy with the service and will be using these guys in the future!
