Jake was very professional and personal. He explained everything that he was going to do and when he was done it looked almost new. That is saying a lot for 15 year old carpet.

Product cleans well and dries in a reasonable time. Easy to schedule within a few days. Priced well. Serviceman (Kevin?) was professional and friendly.

I liked that I wasn't pressed to use different products and treatments..i was told about them, but not pressed to use them. I was moving out from a rental and just needed the basics. Kevin was a very thorough young man, very pleasant..

Very friendly techs that I've encountered. The caroets dont feel hard or soapy when floors dry.
On time and efficient
The person who cleaned our carpets was nice very personable. I believe we were overcharged and it took longer than than expected due to a broken part and we had to wait for a replacement. The time frame was about 2 hours but it was closer to 3
hours. No discount was offered due to the inconvenience and like I said I feel like I was overcharged. Nothing against the guy, it's just hard to swallow getting quoted $147 and paying over $350 for the upsale. My carpets look good but o think they would have looked good at $147. That is why I can't recommend this company.
The person that came out was great. We had ordered your 3 room special for $ 99 we added stairs . For $ 75 for a total of $ 174. We took a walkthrough of the rooms and the carpet expert explains that removing stains are extra and there is a fee for this and a fee for that for a total of $ 325 so allMost double the price . He showed me all the equipment and so on. However not the point the price we were quoted was $ 175. The job was well done but my carpet staid damp for about 24 hours. Way expensive and I don’t see the big difference between your company and someone at les than half the price.
My floor is still wet after 24 hours & it stinks now.

The carpets look great and we were explained the benefits of the extra services and we decided to have them. The bill was very reasonable. There are two things that aren't what you expect from a technician, using my bathroom and on the phone quite a bit.

The technician was very fast
For about 30 years I have been cleaning my own carpet after experiencing a disaster created by a professional carpet cleaner. Chris was just great in the fact that he was personable, helpful and informative. I told myself I'd try your company because of my physical limitations now and my neighbor had used your company. I was very impressed with the services I received on 9-12-19.
After living with the clean carpet for a couple days now, I am not happy with the Maxim Protectant applied after cleaning. My carpet has taken on a different texture and feeling to me as I walk on it. I do not like that because I did not know what to expect.
No chemicals
The staff is professional, the carpets aren’t soaking wet when you leave. (This hope s with Stanley steamer). Great quality cleaning!!!
