We used your services for the 1st time yesterday for our client.
Three items, wall to wall carpeting, area rug and upholstered bed.
He couldn't get the spot on the bed out and now, a day later, the client is stating that
both carpet and rug are worse than they were prior to the cleaning.
She is demanding a new area rug ...original cost $ 4000
And she just sent over the receipt for her wall to wall which was $11,269
So, no, won't be referring you anytime soon

How your service Personnel Luis explain it to us and how great it worked for us. Luis is very knowledgeable about his work. He actually gets down on his hands and knees to try to identify what's on the carpet. Never seen someone that had so much passion for what he's doing. He is a great representative of this company. Thank you Luis for putting us at ease.

Our second try with you was good because the person did a good job & was very nice. Quite a few years ago the experience was not satisfactory because the over size black gentleman was lazy (couldn't move a little coffee table to clean under) & damaged our wooden staircase with the product. With that experience we had pretty much decided to never try Zerorez again but recently a couple people recommended your company on our Neighborhood Watch so decided to try one more time.
