The service was great. Carlos was very professional and extremely nice. We have very light colored carpeting which shows everything. The carpets came out very clean including a large coffee stain that we could not totally eradicate. We are very pleased and will be using Zerorez again.
Nothing really. It’s just that your equipment is very loud and bothered some of my neighbors. But it can’t be helped.

I have been using Zerorez for more than ten years, and they still never cease to amaze me. Casey came out and assessed the situation and came up with a plan of attack. After two glasses of Pinot Noir dumped on the carpeting, we figured we would have to get a runner to cover the stain. Casey got the stain out! I Love Zerorez.
The corner covers so the hoses do not scratch the walls, the guys are in and out quickly, and the carpets are clean !

It’s quick and clean and there is no heavy perfume odor just clean and I have two pets so it’s important to me to not have heavy chemicals

Be up front with the customer upselling your services after you get them on your $99 dollar special and not explaining the 200 square for policy.
I apologize for your experience. So, I am checking the booking logs, invoice and have spoken to the technician to better understand the situation. The booking logs show that you booked us for the 3 room promo. The additional services were added when our technician arrived as well as the oversized room charge. The brush pro total was $35 each for 3 areas, the Bio Treatment for 3 areas but the technician gave you an area for free, which came to a total of $70 instead of $105. I see the technician gave an additional discount of $51.70, so with the discount of the free bio treatment and the $51.70 that comes to a total discount of $86.70. The reason for the brush pro, bio treatment is that our technicians are trained to inspect the carpets to make sure that we apply the best cleaning method for your service. If they spot an area that our traditional cleaning method of pretreat clean and sanitize will not take care of, they have to let you know of a method that will as well as inform you of what they can do to meet your cleaning needs. In this case the brush pro, and bio treatment was recommended, which is an affective method of cleaning those areas. Which is something our technicians recommend if they believe that it would be beneficial for your carpets, usually because of possible stains that might occur in the future. Our technicians are trained to offer services that they stand behind for their cleaning, we will waive any service that you do not want or feel uncomfortable with at the time of the purchase. I am also going over the text conversation with you and the manager and it looks like the problem was that you didn't see the " Up to 200 sf, additional charges may be applied", so we sent you a copy of the promotion you saw. I will bring this to the attention of our management team, we do feel like we have done our best to accommodate you and your needs, from the tech giving you $86.70 off of your cleaning, to our manager taking his time to best understand your experience, if their is anything more we can do please give us a call at 7025670016. Carlos and David of Zerorez, Las Vegas, were highly professional when they came to clean my carpet and tile. They called before arriving, asking if it would be ok to arrive a little earlier. Ok with me! Carlos clearly explained the levels of service they could provide for my heavily, pet-stained carpet. My elderly pet dog has diabetes and has stained our carpet. Carlos did not pressure me into choosing a more expensive option when I chose the least expensive option. I told him we plan to replace the carpet in a few months anyway with new flooring. Carlos did an excellent job in cleaning my carpet while David did an excellent job cleaning the tile. The tile hasn't looked that good since I bought my home in 2005 and I'm very pleased with the way the heavily soiled carpet turned out. Both look great! I am a repeat customer of Zerorez and I will continue to be. Great product and I love the fact that it dries so quickly and cleans so well. Thanks Zerorez!
