Victo rwas very professional. He arrived on time and explained the extra services clearly to me without pressure. Victor and his assistant Mike were neat and very efficient and did all the rug cleaning and grout in a very quick time. I would recommend both to my friends. I'm very satisfied with Zerorez services and will use them again.
Charge the customer what you told them it would cost and not more! False advertising!
Always do a good job. You have the right equipment and the men to use them. I have 5 properties and will always use Zerorez. May be a bit pricey, but it's always worth it. And as the name says, no residue.

Carpets don’t smell clean and not sure if sanitizer was applied. In addition the stairs have a crunchy feeling and no longer soft. Felt they were in better shape prior to cleaning.

Mike and Isaiah did a great job! They called and arrived closer to the start of the arrival window I was given. Mike went over all pricing very clearly before starting the work. They cleaned the floors thoroughly and were done quickly. I am very happy with the service I received from both of these polite, fine young men and would love to have them clean my floors again in the future.
I was told the carpet would be left “damp” but it ended up being pretty saturated...more than I expected.
I was very surprised at how wet the carpet was when our technician left. And I could still see stains as soon as I went back and did a look over. and the carpet did not dry soft. I do know that we have pet stains. But in all honesty i have been able to get them up much better with Hoover cleaner. I was very disappointed with the price as well. I get e-mails from you all the time that say a totally different price.
I was trying to make my life a little less hectic, by getting help with the carpets, but really it didn't help.
