Your technician (Luis P.) arrived on time and promptly assessed the areas of carpet to be cleaned. After explaining the procedure and process he go to work. He was amazingly fast and efficient. The carpeted steps up to the kitchen/living room were a disaster. He made that carpet look new... Luis demonstrated the before and after...amazing.
As he finished up he gave us clear instructions on the post cleaning process and about wearing shoes in the house. Luis was very thorough and professional. Thanks for a job well done.

I pointed out one glue spot they may be able to get out, when they were finished and all their equipment was packed away in the truck, it seemed they were in a hurry, so I signed off on the paperwork and they took off, I went to check out the floor, it seemed a little wetter than the last time you were out, and the glue spot was still there. I was impressed with you before because the guys had me check out the rug before they packed every thing up, they told me if there were some spots they would go over it again, and they got out all the tough spots

Friendly and professional
Have shorter arrival times, have two people per visit. One could be moving furniture while the other could be cleaning. I was told you do not move items over fifty pounds and thats okay but there were items in my livingroom that could have been moved and cleaned under. Over all the person who came was very friendly, informative and did a good job. I will use your company again for carpet cleaning.
