Friendly service and carpets look nice but price quote given over phone didn’t include spot cleaning- would prefer quote up front to reflect accuracy. $140 more is not a good surprise.

The technician was prompt, curious, and did a great job cleaning our carpet.
I thought I would have to replace my carpet before Zerorez cleaned it. After it was done, I realized that wasn’t the case. Leslie did such a beautiful job and the carpets look new again. Not only are the carpets clean but Leslie was the nicest technician that I ever met. I’ve had carpets cleaned before at other homes and often had less than satisfying results. I’m so glad I found this place. I will use their services regularly to keep my floors looking great. Thank you so much.

I liked that the carpet did not smell after they were cleaned, and how Zerorez was able to get stains out other carpet companies failed in doing so. The cleaning technician was very friendly and very professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the overall service.

This is a mixed report. The crew headed by Juan was wonderful. Everything looked great when they left. Stains had been pretty bad. They assured me it would be dry by night time and stains came out .
It's 30 hours later. Carpet seems crunchy or dry. Something has changed. Not 100% dry. Seems like maybe I need to vacuum it to soften it up, like the old kind of carpet cleaning. Is this to be expected?
Zerorez does an excellent job and on-time and very pleasant. Job done in very short time as well.
