I was surprised under the dining room table was not cleaned
The technician arrived one hour before the appointment time frame after asking for the appointment change. He left within an hour after thoroughly cleaning the recliners. I was going to throw those recliners in the trash and buy new ones. I thought that maybe since my previous encounter with Zerorez for my carpet cleaning was excellent, I would give a try to clean them. Well, I am so glad that I did. I regret not having taken a before and after photo. No need to buy new ones after 11 years! The technician, Victor, was polite. He did such a great job. Thank you.

The carpets always look FABULOUS when you guys are done, we had to have electrical work done later in the week so I may have had it done a little too early......rats

Too expensive
They were able to schedule our house in a timely manner and start early enough so that the carpets had time to dry before bed time. The service person was friendly and knowledgeable and was efficient when cleaning the carpets. I liked that the product didn't have an odor and left the rugs feeling clean when they dried.

Services, results, service agents are very professional & extremely helpful!
The tech said the carpet would be dry in 4 to 6 hours. We had fans going, windows open and it was still wet after 8 hours. The entry into the bedrooms that needed the most attention, didn't look much better than before they were cleaned. This was very disappointing as the last time we used you, the tech (I believe her name was Leslie) did a great job. We had requested her again, but someone else showed up and was so fast he obviously did not get all the water back up. Unless we can get Leslie next time, will not be using you.
The guys and services are great but it seems like its getting more expensive
I have used others in the past. Really had no complaints, but the carpet seemed to take days to dry.
I tried Zerorez about 5 or 6 years ago, maybe longer. I loved them. Fast, efficient , friendly and thorough . Carpets damp, but dry by evening. Prices are great.......I Have the carpets cleaned and re protected, as I have 3 cats and a dog, so I am always mopping up messes.

Victor was what i liked best about your company. Bradford was also a very nice young man. Victor was very informative and was willing to explain the entire process, step by step. I appreciated that. Both Victor and Bradford were very thorough during the cleaning process. Victor has skills to qualify as a tech for Zerorez, but his best skill is his people skills. He's clear and precise, with a little humor to get through the time. Zerorez should be very happy to have Victor and Bradford as there employees. Definitely assets for the future.

A like new carpet cleaning always, first time grout cleaning just great, service people outstanding. Mike, this time, fits the outstanding category.
The service had a positive friendly attitude. He thoroughly cleaned my carpet small furniture that was in the way. After the carpet dried with other companies the carpet crunched when I stepped. After Zerorez the carpet felt soft. I will recommend Zerorez to everyone.
