We thought the tile cleaning and grout sealer prices (almost $600 seemed rather pricey.) The service that is highly valued, however, is your water system on carpet. Our stairs look brand new. We don't want crunchy carpet or any stain that "reverts." We have recommended Zerorez to our relatives in Scottsdale. They were happy with the carpet cleaning. But, we will have to re-think 451 sq. ft. of tile... Kind of expensive.

You need more techs like Chris. This was our 4th servicing and he was a stand out compared to the other techs. I'll request him from now on. I have more than 45yrs of military janitorial contracting experience. We clean military hospitals nationwide. The service includes carpet cleaning of course. I know a great service tech when I see one!

Carpet was so much cleaner and Tech was very friendly!
The technician and I had a conversation regarding the marble floor in our master bath.
The tile was supposed to be cleaned for free as part of a promotion.
We discussed one of two chemicals he can use.
I chose the less harsh, to preserve the gloss.
Once the whole home was completed, a a significant upcharge, I checked on the bathroom floor.
It appears it was not done at all. I personally cleaned the hairspray over spray on the floor at the vanity with soap and water
We have used zerorez in the past, but not for whole house.
We have used Stanley several times for our home. It's never cost us anywhere near $1,000 and have been left with an area to self clean.
They probably forgot, but still....

Very pleased with the outcome. The carpets and tile look great. The only complaint I have is a couple of spots on the carpet took almost 48 hours to dry.

You do a great job in removing pet stains and thoroughly cleaning the carpet. Any person who has ever come to my house has been very professional and represents your company well. I have no problem in recommending your company to anyone.

This is my 3rd time of using Zerorez and I will definitely use them again. I will also recommend them to family or friends.
The tech did not clean the closet in master bedroom. The other two room had tiny areas- not enough to be counted as a room, so why not do the closets EVERYWHERE?!?!? Also, I had asked how much a pet treatment would be when making my reservation and the person quoted me $35 per room not per spot! I had arranged for my daughter to be there and I told her it should not cost more than $200 if they pet treated three rooms. The guy quoted her $207. She said no and to only do the master. We got charged $167 for one master, two tiny rooms and pet treatment for one. I do not like the laziness, bait and switch and BS with your company. The lady said they would send the tech out to do the closet and other room of pet treatment. I cannot keep taking time off work to have you make good. I am not happy with Zerorez. You used to be good but now you are only as good as the techs you hire and this guy was lazy or you have changed policies...which makes you no better than the rest. I will not recommend Zerorez to anyone.
