I was really impressed with the quality of work done on our rug. Especially when you consider that chemical cleaning agents weren’t used. Also the technician, Casey, was very professional, friendly, and dedicated to ensuring that we were extremely satisfied with the results before he completed the service. He was also very helpful with tips on protective measures, things to consider about all the various rug materials, and many other potential rug care needs in the future. I genuinely appreciate that I can expect excellent results when your techs come out. And I don't mean they get to just lightly clean some expensive, high-quality wall to wall. My carpet is that standard, beige, "builders-special" that seems to come in all homes in Vegas with an unremarkable pad underneath AND it's 20 y/o to boot! I don't know they do it but they make it look BRAND NEW! It dries within about four hours and it's soft with NO scent at all. They even make the pile stand up all puffy. You are not cheap but I am never sorry I have spent the money on you. Thank you Zerorez and thank you to your amazing techs Juan and Jeff who are my new favorite people.

We were quoted $208 to clean our carpets and when Justin got here he gave us a couple of more options that we felt were necessary, however it would have been better for us to know the options as we spoke to the young lady on the phone. As it were our final bill more than doubled which we did agree to, but we were not prepared for in the beginning.

Justin was informative about the process used by Zerorez works.provided options of additional actions that can be used to address carpet issues. He did not use any high pressure sales and did not hassle when we did not select all additional options. Proceeded to complete the job in a timely manner with no inconvenience to us.
Leslie was wonderful. She clearly explained the process and pricing. The end result was terrific and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend the service.

Very friendly and professional staff. Punctual arrival. I gave 9/10 just cause I think I expected a rather dirty area on my carpet to be a bit more cleaner, but maybe it was beyond what the cleaning agent is capable of. But happy with it overall.

Over the 11 years that we have lived here we have had several carpet cleaning companies come in but none could compare to the cleanliness of the carpets by your company and technicians the technicians were extremely polite and knowledgeable and the results were amazing I would definitely recommend this to friends and relatives and in the future you will be the only company we contact

Spots remain in the one strip of carpeting we needed cleaned. We totally disagree it's "wear" (upgraded carpeting, 2 yrs. old, memory foam padding underneath ~ was cleaned about 6 months ago also).
Carpets were cleaned a week ago and are dirty already. Spots came back that I paid extra for. Plus the carpet looks shaded in areas, almost like it’s from the treatment. Looks horrible.

Took time to explain each treatment. And you don't use harsh chemicals. My cleaner was nice and did a thorough job. I will request him next time.
