Be more forthcoming regarding quoted charges vs invoiced. Very pleased with services rendered and will continue to recommend friends but will also add the part how their charges might be altered. Otherwise, have no complaints and will continue to use Zerorez as, in my opinion, no other carpet cleaning service here in Henderson/Las Vegas can compare. Sincerely, Name removed
Excellent service. Technician was prompt and explained the process to clean nearly 2000 sq ft of tile. Was meticulous and end result was beyond my expectations. I was also educated on what products to use going forward to ensure the tile and grout remained clean without chemical buildup. Kudos!

Zerorez and our technician Isaiah were amazing in restoring our carpets to a good as new state. We have two dogs that have had accidents over the last few years and we have just been spot treating with sprays, but those were only marginally effective. After our deep cleaning session the carpets no longer have the odors it once had. They smell fresh and clean now.

I had a good technician, who explained the process of the cleaning to me, was on time and friendly. What I like about Zerorez's products are there are not residues left behind to attract dirt quickly.
