Great job., floors are clean andfresh.
When I first started using Zerorez years ago, they were more money but when you hired them for carpet cleaning, they came and did the job without nickel and diming you. I liked that. You hired them to clean your carpets and they did it. That's one of the reasons I loved using them.
Now, they come and clean your carpet or if you really want it clean (deep clean), then you can pay more to get your carpet clean. I didn't hire you to just kind of clean it. It wasn't explained that the quote you gave me was to kind of clean it. Just getting to be like the other companies.
I want to hire a company to come in and clean my carpet. Period. If I hired you to clean my carpet, then do what I hired you to do and give me your best work. Don't have all these additional add ons to up the price. Quote me the price for doing the job right.
Technician was very informative on the options available . Explained very well .
Tech Talon answered questions I had and situations such as red juice stains that can't be removed. Also graphite stains on bottom of recliner that we had and it was really bad, I even took a picture. He did his magic and it came off and advised me to put a rug under the recliner so I would not have the problem again. All room done were awesome. The stairs looked very good as well.
I'm a HAPPY customer and look forward to having it done by ZEROREZ.

I have a very thick carpeting and haven't had much luck with having it cleaned, until I used Zerorez. I had a new puppy so had a lot of pee stains to clean. They did have to come back a second time as the stains resurfaced thru the thick carpet. Second time was the charm and insured me they'd come back as often as necessary to make it perfect. Hight recommend this company.

We were very pleased with the service. The Technician was very professional. Technician was on time and called before he arrived. He was wearing mask and used booties in the house. He spent time explaining our options and I never felt pressured to upgrade service even though I did in the end which was a very personal choice. He did say the regular service was still a great cleaning, but since we had done home renovations I was happy to get a deeper cleaning than just the normal one. The carpets came out beautifully. He even got out a stain which he said was going to be really hard to get out and wasnt too confident it would come out just because it was makeup which dyes the carpet but somehow he still got 95-98% of the stain out. I was happy even if it didnt come out completely because you cant see it unless you stare and before it was a horrible stain so I was super happy with the improvements. He also was kind and patients with out kids and taking the time to explain to them what he was doing which made my son walk around the house pretending to clean the carpets himself and tell me he wants to clean carpets when he grows up lol. Very happy overall.

I've had my carpet cleaned many times from other companies and my carpet has never looked as clean as it does from Zerorez. Also, the guy that did it was very nice and cleaned it very quick. I will never have anyone else clean my carpet. Only Zerorez!!!
Paid extra for my loft to be steamed and then was advised hat I’d have to pay $29.00 more for a small part which Your technician said was not part of my loft so half of my loft was steam clean and part of it was not
The products used do not have an odor. They do not leave the carpet wet. The carpet dries quickly with no lingering odor. I have used other companies in the past and the carpet is soaked and takes a long time to dry. The service is expedient and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend you to friends and neighbors and will never use another company.
