On time and friendly
I got a quote of $250 over the phone for my sectional. They get here and say it'll be $500 (each segment: $50, chaise: $100, ottoman: $40).
I say no thank you because that's double. He then tells me that sectionals are so much work and time consuming and that's why they're pricey. He asks if $400 would work- no. I say sorry to have wasted your time and they leave.
Ten minutes later they're back with an offer of $300 out the door- fine, great...whatever. That's closer to the original quote (plus the couch is in great shape so I shouldn't be paying more anyway).
He literally spends 28 minutes cleaning it- 28. He got the front of the cushions (the backs were dry), the sides, arm rests, chaise and ottoman in 28 minutes. That does not sound like a job that's super tough. You guys raked in over $10 PER MINUTE. Ridiculous.
Not only did this visit prove my suspicion that carpet cleaners MUST work off comission and try to judge the neighborhood, but it proves that your company cannot be trusted with guaranteed low rates and honesty. How is it that you can afford to do a job for $200 less????
I'm sorry, because I have used you many times for carpet and been happy, but this time was not okay. I feel like I got ripped off completely.

Zerorez was on time, had an affordable price, sent friendly employees who explained services in great detail, left no mess, and I loved the adequate time that was spent on the carpet cleaning that left our carpet clean & fluffy. The change was greatly noticed, we thank you.

Your staff is very nice. I feel that when you shampoo carpets you should first vacumn them. (This was done in Oregon) Second: I moved 90 percent of the furniture and you all do not move the bed-that is wrong . I asked about a 2 tier table to be moved-was told it would not make a difference to move it. Wrong answer. Finally, next morning I vacuumed the rooms. Was shocked what my vacumn picked up!! In previous homes the specialists clean til the water is pretty clear. Xeroxrex definitely could improve and when you run specials the treatment should be the same. I did request Zak and instead Jonathan came. Fairly new. Sorry but improvement is definitely needed.
Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was quick about his work of cleaning our tile. However, without moving some of the smaller furnishings, some areas were left with build up and were still puddling. I cleaned up the wet with a towel, but some of the build up remained. This wasn't noticed until after he left. I would have liked a more thorough clean up/drying.

The only problem I have with this past treatment, is that I have NOT received a copy of my bill electronically, which I was told I was going to get.
Tile cleaning prices. I don’t understand why it’s so expensive.
The products used do not have an odor. They do not leave the carpet wet. The carpet dries quickly with no lingering odor. I have used other companies in the past and the carpet is soaked and takes a long time to dry. The service is expedient and the technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I will recommend you to friends and neighbors and will never use another company.

When I first started using Zerorez years ago, they were more money but when you hired them for carpet cleaning, they came and did the job without nickel and diming you. I liked that. You hired them to clean your carpets and they did it. That's one of the reasons I loved using them.
Now, they come and clean your carpet or if you really want it clean (deep clean), then you can pay more to get your carpet clean. I didn't hire you to just kind of clean it. It wasn't explained that the quote you gave me was to kind of clean it. Just getting to be like the other companies.
I want to hire a company to come in and clean my carpet. Period. If I hired you to clean my carpet, then do what I hired you to do and give me your best work. Don't have all these additional add ons to up the price. Quote me the price for doing the job right.
Technician was very informative on the options available . Explained very well .
Tech Talon answered questions I had and situations such as red juice stains that can't be removed. Also graphite stains on bottom of recliner that we had and it was really bad, I even took a picture. He did his magic and it came off and advised me to put a rug under the recliner so I would not have the problem again. All room done were awesome. The stairs looked very good as well.
I'm a HAPPY customer and look forward to having it done by ZEROREZ.
