I have several areas that didn't get cleaned as seen on your commercial on channel 3. Some areas are ok and some are not. I feel like if I did it myself I would get a much better result.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. I was not pleased with
the additional $$$ you charged for doing an additional small bedroom and spraying carpet protection.
From a $99 special for 3 rooms and 100 sq foot of tile, the bill jumped to $370. And then
I was told I could not get the 100 sq foot of tile cleaned because your office put me on
another special where I got $30+ off.
One of the things that was repeated multiple times was that I would get a 30 minute notice prior to arrival. I got 5 minutes. I had to rush to get over to my old residence and he had spoken to my employees, not me or my husband. So by the time I was there he had already gone through pricing and measurements with people who weren’t paying for the service. Nice guy, very friendly. Just no organization to the schedule.

Great job bringing an old carpet back from the grave. That plus floors so darkened with soot, they almost appeared a dark shade brown. Your technician Chris did an outstanding job. We are very pleased!!

The rep just kept trying to up-sell me on getting more services. It made me question if Zerores could even clean in the first place - why do I need a deep-cleaning on areas that never get any traffic and the carpet is under 2 years old? A regular carpet cleaning service should be sufficient. Making it seem like I needed the upgrades and then willing to drop the price so much just made it seem cheap and so unpersonal - like you're just trying to make money off of your customers and not trying to build any relationships.
