Making appointment for the time and date was a great experience with a cheerful staff member. Like there reminds via text. Zach the technician did a amazing job on cleaning the carpets. Like how he called to let me know how many minutes away he was, wore a mask, very courteous, polite and well dressed with the Zerorez shirt. He was very conscientious to not bump or scratch anything plus cleanup any water drips. What a hard worker Zach is...he a great asset to your team.

I’m happy Zerorez reach out to me about my services I received on 8/22/20. I was unable to complete one on that day because it kept going to my last service. Any how. I wanted to tell you that Isaiah ( the technician) did a great job. He was able to come earlier in the day which work out perfectly. He was super knowledgeable about the cleaning processes. Such a nice young man. With customer service like that I will always use Zerorez!

They arrived on time, actually a bit early. Were very professional, did a great job everything was cleaned as they said they would do. Finished in a timely manor. Moved some light furniture as needed to clean and left no mess behind. Was very happy with the tech (Michael)and his work. I have used them in the past and will certainly call them again as needed. They sent follow up reminders of my appointment and called when they were on route.
