The gentlemen who came were professional, efficient and I really liked how the furniture did not have a lot of water in the fibers as I have experienced with other upholstery cleaners. The furniture looks like new.

Fast and efficient
The cleaner was nice, polite,and informative. However as the days go by since july 27th even with vacuuming everyday, the carpet doesn't look like I just got it cleaned. To the point my sister refers me to her carpet cleaning company 🤦🏽♀ thanks but no thanks!

I was very happy with the work the technician who cleaned my apartment did. He did quick and excellent job. The carpet looks beautiful. I will get it cleaned again next year.
What worries me, to this day, is that when I paid, using my debit card. I physically gave it to him, he entered my number into the Zerorez acct. on a cell phone, he then turned the card over and looked at the back He now has both the debit card number and the 3 digit CVV number. What need did he have to look at the CVV number. I should have just read him the number.

We have a lot of allergies, so I wanted to try Zerorez because there would be less fumes and no residue left on the carpet. The technician was very friendly and on time, he was in and out in under an hour, and he did a great job, I'm very pleased with the results.

The extra charge for the pet spray was excessive. The technician did a great job overall with the carpet. I'm not sure who sets the pricing, but the more I think about it, I not happy with the extra $70 charge. I want to change my response to a 4. I feel ripped off price gouging.
