My carpets were so dirty, i needed a miracle. I called Zerorez. Everthing came out great. Ray was phenomenal. He had my carpets CLEAN. I’m very happy.

I thought my tech showed up early, but he was actually scheduled to clean my neighbor’s (in Boulder City). He picked up the phone and arranged to switch with my scheduled tech, and got me done sooner than expected.
How clean and fresh everything is afterwards.

I called Zerorez to clean the carpet in my stairwell and bedrooms just before putting my house on the market for sale. There were some bad stains accumulated over the years from kids spilling drinks etc. I figured they would be able to get it looking cleaner but not get all the stains that had set for 10 years out… Everything looks like brand new I was more than pleasantly surprised, I was pleasantly shocked!!
When we called to schedule an appointment we asked for a rough estimate for Cleaning and grout sealing for the size of our tiled area and we were told about $300. When the zerorez reps arrived at the house and took the measurements we were told the cleaning itself was close to $300 but the sealing would make the total closer to $550. We really needed the grout to be sealed because we had just moved in but we weren’t prepared for that cost based on the estimate from the phone call. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and how clean our home is now, but we just wished we could’ve known ahead of time what the cost would’ve been.
