Everything was PHENOMENAL! Zachary (I think that was his name) was BEYOND PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, and ALL AROUND VERY SWEET AND INFORMATIVE! Mind you, the guy did EVERYTHING by himself! And yet, made everything look ECSTATIC! My carpet stains were bad (but we have normal wear and tear) and their product was able to get rid of the all of it! And he also made my throw rugs look IMMACULATE! Thank you Zachary! You did an OUTSTANDING JOB! Keep up the great work!
The cleaning tech was very nice, but the pet odor we wanted removed wasn't removed, although we were told on the phone it was possible. Had I known that was the case, i would have just rented a machine from Lowes and done the job myself. I no longer live at the property, so I can't have the tech come back out to try again. Partial refund?
The technician was very pleasant and professional. The carpet is clean and several spots that I had been told were mold was removed thru this cleaning method. The technician explained the discoloration was not molded. I have referred this company several times.

I was not happy with being put on the spot about a $70 difference in pricing when explained that this shampooing may bring up the smell of the dog urine on my carpet.
I had expressed my dog urine concerns on the phone at time of appointment setting. I was told “I could get away without using the treatment” over the phone; I would liked to have been warned of the possible need. This would give me the time to prepare for the higher cost decision. Instead I was put on the spot, and felt there was no other decision to avoid the smell. I think this is a ploy to up sell to the customer. I also don’t love the results as compared to other carpet cleaning companies I’ve used in the past.
I will not recommend or use this company again.

There are NO HARSH CHEMICALS with ZeroRez. We have used their services on 5 different appt times, in the past 18 months, for 2 of our properties. If there is ever an issue, they are quick to resolve it, and make sure the area is cleaned to our satisfaction, as well as to the Company Standard. We are grateful for their "Cleaning Expertise" !!
well the guy said he would get all the way under my bed and didn't it just wasn't a good job then he was trying to sell more stuff to my godfather like up to 300.00 and he told him that he told you guys on the phone only the 99 deal. it was just done very cheaply the machine he used was a piece of junk
