Stating that I have vicious untrained dogs on estimate is very upsetting to me. Because a dog barks at a stranger with a mask that is part of a shirt and covers 3/4 of face is normal behavior. My dogs were in crate prior to arrival so door could be left open for your employee to do his job.

The carpet cleaning was famaminal, Spotless and completely dry the next day.
My technician "Gary" was a very large African American who was kind and loves his job, he sang to himself and cleaned my carpets with such enthusiasm. !!! BRAVO
