Excellent service and technicians
The work your team was beautiful. I have a small house, and the price tripled by the time they left. A staircase, a hall, a large master bedroom and two overly small kids rooms. We had no furniture moved. $350. I called the office to see what we could do of the pricing as I was prepared to pay the $179 I was quoted. It was ridiculous. No one called me back.
I realize that we all have lost income due to covid, but to try and gouge people (single mom) was ridiculous. I was very sad that I was treated like this. I was hoping to spread the word to many of my friends, I just can't Michele
My service guys were very nice and professional.
The area that was most soiled was very wet when you left.
It does not look clean yet. It did not get vacuumed adequately at all .

I have used you guys before that’s the reason why I did it again . I paid extra for my lotes odors . My carpets downstairs still looks dirty. Stains are still there .

It was really nice and made my carpets look brand new
I was not 100% satisfied with my tile cleaning. I had about 600 sq ft of tile done. After cleaning it looked wonderful in some areas and in others it didn't look like anything was done. After reading the 100% guarantee I decided to contact Zerorez to talk about my concerns. They promptly scheduled a technician to come out and talk to me and reclean the areas. I am very happy they were willing to come back out and not just brush me off. The new technician is here and recleaning now.

Zerorez is the best. Your carpets look brand new, you don’t have soaked carpets for days and those mysterious spots disappear and don’t return. Wouldn’t use anyone else.
