I was shown with a light where my little dog has urinated. Then was up sold. After the “cleaning” I bought a blue light and the urine was still there!!!

You get the carpet clean.
We loved the idea of no chemicals for cleaning as we have small children. Our carpet was fairly new and we were only cleaning our carpets to maintain their warranty. When I called in to ZeroRez to get information about pricing, etc. I felt like the agent that helped me didn't really care about customer service. ZeroRez is more expensive than other companies and they don't move any furniture for you. You still charge for the square feet in a room even if it is filled with furniture that you are not moving to clean under. So really you are cleaning about half as many square feet as you are charging for. The sales agent didn't care in the slightest that I needed help to move furniture, she let me know that my only option was to pay even more $ for help. Other companies I have worked with in the past offer furniture moving with their service. Also I selected a specific time for our cleaning window, again because I have small children. I can't have the service going on during "distance learning" or when a baby is napping. The first day your team wanted to come out of the scheduled time. I explained why that didn't work and it wasn't much of a problem. After our carpets were cleaned there were some spaces that felt like they had a residue on it and we asked for a technician to come back and correct the problem. We also found bright pink streaks across several areas of our carpet only after it had been cleaned. I again scheduled a specific window for the same reasons I had the first visit. I was called three times earlier on the day of the second cleaning because the technician, different techs each time, wanted to come outside of our scheduled window. The first tech who called said he had finished a job earlier than expected and wanted to head over, I explained why that didn't work, he was okay with it but had that "oh darn" kinda response, no biggie. The second technician however out right told me that my scheduled window might not work because "they" don't like the technicians sitting around between jobs. This all after I explained to him that another technician had already called and I told him why changing my appointment wouldn't work. I explained to him that I didn't care what he did in between jobs, that I had a planned and prescheduled window of service with ZeroRez and that is when I would have my carpets serviced. This second technician said okay and we ended the call. I didn't appreciate that he was trying to bully me into doing what worked best for him when I paid for a service. Then, believe it or not, within an hour a third technician called, also different from he first two callers, to try and come outside of our scheduled time. This technician however when everything was explained to him as it had happened was very polite and apologized for all the calls and confusion. He understood why I needed to keep my specific window and said he would see me during my scheduled time. Why there was no communication between your company I don't know. I was really busy and it started to feel like ZeroRez was trying to pressure or harass me into doing what you wanted. Once the carpet was cleaned the second time it did seem to help the residue feeling. Over all I just wasn't impressed with my service, experience or your pricing in comparison with whats offered. Also we are still trying to get the "pink streaks" out that we found in our carpets following your cleaning service.
Quality work, my floors look great. Professional and respectful technicians, they kept me informed throughout the entire process.

The guy who guy out was excellent
After cleaning my couch still smells like dog. And now my whole room smells worse than it did. It seems like the only thing used on the couches is a citrus based degreaser and water. There was no other chemicals offered to alleviate the odor. Do you offer other products that could have ended with a better result? I told them pet odor and pet hair was my main concern. I was told to vacuum which I did but was never told or offered anything more. If pet odor wouldn’t be eliminated that needed to be told to me before hand as i was under the impression this would help.
The service is great and I am able to secure an appointment easily and also i get a call from the company when they are on thier way.
More importantly, it looks super clean after it is done.
