I liked the way the carpets and area rugs turned out. Jordan was very good at explaining what he needed to do on some problem areas and took care of them. He told me what it would cost with no hidden surprises at the end. He was very detailed and did an excellent job.
It had been awhile since I had my carpets professionally cleaned and the tech was able to get them cleaner than expected.
My technician, Carlos A., was very nice and professional. He contacted me and said that he was running ahead of schedule and if I would be interested in having my appointment earlier. That was a welcomed surprise. He outlined my options but no hard selling. He completed the job quickly and I was very pleased with the service that I received.
Michael was absolutely wonderful. It is so nice to meet such a nice respectful young man. He worked so hard and made our home look so beautiful.
As long as we have been in our house which is 30 years I have always used Stanley Steamer but because of the beautiful job Michael did I will only use Zerorez. We had Michael clean our kitchen floor, our couch, and our carpets.

well ,,,I was very pleased with Michael ...his workmanship was efficient & professional....he has a friendly nature & we had a horrible Carpet .. were "Ol Cogger's " & do to several health matters for both of us & inheriting some dogs from the loss of our daughter , well, needless to say the Carpet was not my top priority ...sooooooooooo, it was in bad new of attention ... He really impressed me & I will take his advice & schedule a follow up appointment as he recommended.
So tell him thanks so much for his input & if'n I were you I'd give him a raise ...
