The guy on the radio said zerorez was the best at eliminating pet stains/smell but my carpet still smells. Maybe not say that on the radio 🤷🏻♀️ other than that carpets look great

TJ was very courteous and friendly.
In not looking to get him in trouble, we just didn't understand why the use of booties if you are walking back and forth to the truck with them on and back in the house. We don't wear shoes on our carpets so it was a bit disappointing but we figured it was ok since they were getting cleaned. We didn't say anything to TJ, just an observation.
We also didn't understand why the house smelled so musty the entire day/ night after being as we didn't do that many areas. Even TJ mentioned it seemed humid upon completion. it seemed to have gotten way worse after he left. This was our 1st time using a carpet cleaning service so maybe that's normal? ?We do have plush carpeting.
All in all we are glad we got our carpets cleaned and everyone from booking the appt to TJ were very friendly, which we really appreciated. We will most likely be scheduling another appt to finish the rest of the house in the future.

The service I received for zerorez was OUTSTANDING! My technician TJ was extremely professional and friendly. He explained everything up front and took really good care of us! I would definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to anyone tired of hidden cost and over priced service. He even got pots out of the carpet that Stanley steamer couldn't get!

Super nice, professional technician came out and took care of everything very quickly and efficiently. I've never had my carpets look so new and feel so clean! My technician was great to talk with and even provided some aftercare advice for my circumstances. Really awesome service, and very affordable for the quality of work. Ricardo was efficient and very knowledgable of carpet and area rug materials. My carpets look awesome; my carpets are soft and fluffy; my shag area rugs do to look like clumps but are separated fibers. Ricardo was able to remove a makeup stain in my guest and did a wonderful job on high traffic areas. There is definitely no residue and that is why I hired your services.

Our service tech was Amazing! He worked so hard to help us address some deep down problem areas from our home's former owners. We hired another carpet service right before we moved in and that made the problems so much worse. I was reluctant to hire a second service after paying so much on our carpets the week before, but I'm so glad I did. Our tech was literally on his hands and knees smelling our carpet to see if each area was resolved. Made a huge difference. You have a real gem in our tech, please be sure to acknowledge him for service and excellence!
Carpet was still very wet in the morning. I would understand if it was the whole carpet but it was only sections. I have used you guys several times and this was not what I am used to getting. I don't want anyone getting in trouble or anything,i just don't think technician took his time. I already got a call about someone coming out and re doing it, but I don't have a time frame.
