I had a really great experience for my carpet cleaning on Monday June 16th. The pricing was very transparent and the team member was very professional and polite. Would book again. The carpets look great!
Accurate estimate, showed up on time. Tech was exceptional making it very easy to complete this large project with the least effort on our part. He was very thorough and asked questions when needed. He made sure our property was protected during the process which made us feel like this is a company we can trust.
The original online quote was less than half the actual total billed after the work was done. A little more transparency would be nice.

I had the carpet on the stairs cleaned by Zerorez. I feel that he did the best he could considering the situation the carpet was already in. I don't think the people before me ever had them professionally cleaned. Overall, I am satisfied. Thank you!
